We only have one very simple requirement - "You must qualify to cancel or freeze". We usually approve 100% of all requests, however, we may deny your request if we do not receive all the answers and information we need.

Do you need help with processing a payment or have a question about an overdue balance? Island Gym has partnered with CLUB SYSTEMS to assist with all your membership account needs. They are responsible for processing your billing and maintaining your membership and billing information. CLUB SYSTEMS is available 7 days a week. Good Tip: Calling CLUB SYSTEMS is much better than calling the club. The front desk at Island Gym does not have enough information to handle every question or concern.
