If you were a current member when we closed and were wondering about your membership, here are a few of the most common member questions we’ve been answering.

What is the status of my membership?

If you were a current active member on the day we closed on March 16th, your membership is active and good to go today. Plus, January is FREE.

 

Do I owe any money?

NO! All member balances have been cleared. Even past expired and members in collections. Plus, January is FREE.

 

What about the time I lost during the closure?

We are working on extended everyone's membership. No one will lose any time. Please be sure to check your account at the front desk. If we didn't extend you the correct amount of time, please let us know.

 

I just signed up before the gym closed in February/March for the 6-Month $99 special. Will I get that 6 months back?

YES! - Your membership is FREE until June or July depending on when you signed up. Remember that this membership will auto-renew. If you do not wish to continue after the 7th month you must cancel. No worries there either. You can now easily and quickly cancel online at Member Services Online.

 

I just purchased the Member Appreciation Sale in October 2019.  I should have a few free months left. Will my membership include the free time?

YES! - We are in the process of updating these accounts now. Please be sure to check your account at the front desk. If we didn't extend you the correct amount of time, please let us know.

 

I was a Northfield member when the gym closed. Is my membership still active? Can I use the Ventnor Gym? Do I have to cancel if I do not wish to continue?

YES, your membership is still active and welcomed in Ventnor. January is FREE and most likely you have more time free if you signed up for the 6-month $99 special or purchased the member appreciation sale. YES! You will need to cancel if you do not wish to continue past January 2021. No problem, go to Member Services Online if you wish to cancel. We suggest using your free time first then decide if you still wish to cancel. Please be sure to check your account at the front desk. If we didn't extend you the correct amount of time, please let us know.

 

Is my membership price the same?

YES! Your membership will never increase as long as you remain a member.

 

What are the Ventnor gym hours?

Ventnor is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.

 

When will classes resume in Ventnor? Will Group Power return?

YES! Group Power is back. Classes will resume in a few weeks. Check back on our website for upcoming announcements. Expect all your favorite instructors and classes. You can also look forward to the newly renovated group fitness studio.

 

What about my FITx Training?
